One on One Training is my premium service

  • During Covid-19, all training is being provided at Grinstead Park, 130 Shand St, Alderley QLD 4051
  • Initial sessions are for 30 minutes but can either be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in duration
  • Usual working hours are from 5am until 7:00pm, 6 days a week
  • Your first two sessions are always free
  • Session one is a consultation with a movement assessment
  • Session two is a sample session followed by some package options should you want to continue
  • All in-person clients have access to the BMF online training app free of charge
